It’s been a peaceful winter here on the farm. The trees are in dormancy, bees are hunkered in their hives, sheep have been munching hay, and hens have been skipping about in the yard. We farmers have been taking time to tidy up, make needed repairs, and plan for spring. Speaking of Spring! Keep an eye out for agricultural offerings in the upcoming months. These hands-on classes will include foraging walks, tree pruning classes, and an all-day Sheep Lambing Workshop on March 28th!
