Calendar
June, 2026
Four Winds Farm is now offering yoga classes on Monday evenings with instructor Erika Frings. Enjoy the peaceful farm setting and start your week the best way possible with one of these choices:
5:00PM: Slow Flow yoga is a steadily paced, mindful modality that incorporates breathwork with focused powerful movements. This class will build strength, energize your body, increasing flexibility + range of motion through deep stretches. Each session includes foundational yoga poses, with special attention to balance, breath and alignment through longer holds. Come break a sweat! Slow Flow is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience and particularly accessible for beginners.
6:15PM: Gentle Restorative yoga works deeply into the muscles, joints and spine. Experience long holds of grounding postures, easing into calm stillness. The mode is rest and digest, attend and befriend. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and elongated after every class. This practice is accessible for all levels and especially recommended to balance more intense workouts, a busy lifestyle or stress.
Erika Frings has
been practicing yoga since 2004, embracing it as a sanctuary through both the
peaks and valleys of life. What began as physical practice has evolved
into a lifelong journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth.
In May
2025, Erika completed her RYT 200 through the Perennial WISDOM Yoga School
under the guidance of Megan Grace and Keith Borden. Her approach is deeply
rooted in compassion and authenticity. With more than 24 years in the
corporate world, yoga has offered her a wonderful counterbalance by nurturing
her creativity, strengthening her resilience, and inviting more harmony into
her life.
Erika
teaches with the intention of creating a welcoming space where students can
connect more deeply with themselves and their own wellness journey. She brings
a unique blend of inspiration, soul, and sound to every class; curating
personally crafted playlists that enrich the experience, deepen the connection
between body, mind, and spirit, while heightening the senses.
Erika’s
mission is simple: To share the transformation and bliss that yoga has brought
into her life by creating a sanctuary where others feel safe to grow, empowered
to heal, and inspired to discover their own light. Through intentional movement
and the power of music, she offers an experience that deepens connection — to
the body, the breath, and each other.
Four Winds
Farm’s wine dinner series will continue this month with an exploration of Burgundy,
which is, to many, home to the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the world. This
hallowed region, a favorite of wine collectors and aficionados, can appear overly
complicated at first glance, but we will spend time to demystify the labels,
vintages, villages, and vineyards, making it approachable for everyone.
We have
selected bottles from the most storied, classic wineries in the region,
benchmarks from which to launch your own future explorations. Tom Loup of
Vino Veritas will be on hand to share from his personal experiences with the
wines and wineries.
Wines to
be poured:
Domaine Rollin, Bourgogne Aligoté, 2023
Jean-Marc Pillot, Bourgogne Blanc "Les Hauts des Champs,” 2023
Jean-Marc Pillot, Bourgogne Rouge “Les Grande Terres,” 2023
Louis Boillot, Volnay “Les Grands Poisots,” 2023
Maison Harbour, Pommard "En Mareau,” 2021
Recently
named Chef in Residence of Four Winds Farm, Jon Rosnow will
return to Four Winds for this dinner. His menus always feature locally grown or
foraged produce and proteins, which he handpicks and preserves himself. Each
wine will be thoughtfully paired with a dish to highlight its unique flavors
and characteristics. Jay Hutchinson, former sommelier of Michelin-starred
restaurants and now Director of Strategy & Business Operations at Four
Winds Farm, will oversee wine service.
Menu to be
announced soon.
This
experience has a set menu. Please email info@fourwindsfarmfitchburg to inquire
about accommodations for allergies and dietary restrictions.

The name Vingård, inspired by Wisconsin’s Scandinavian heritage, translates to “vineyard,” but also carries the literal meaning of “wine farm”—a concept that captures the idea of wine and agriculture existing in dialogue with each other. After the success of the wine club, we are now expanding to offer our members and guests additional wine experiences at Four Winds Farm.
