Chef Mark (Vignette Dining Club) shares his favorite holiday side dishes sure to become your family’s new instant favorites.
“I’ve loved Thanksgiving all my life. For me, it wasn’t about the turkey, it was all about the sides. In fact, as I got older, I usually skipped the turkey all together and loaded up on potatoes, stuffing, and all the vegetable casseroles…topped with a helping of cranberries, of course. This 2 hour demonstration-only class will teach you the tips, tricks, and techniques to recreate Chef Mark’s favorite recipes at home. Recipes & plenty of samples will be provided.
Fee: $35
No refunds, however seats can be transferred to a friend or family member. (Please just inform us of the change ASAP.)
