• Grilled Shrimp with Japanese Parsley & Lemon
• French Baguette & Butter with Basil, Pine nuts, & Parmesan
• Lyonnaise Salad with Curly Endive, Bacon, & Poached Egg
• Petite Filet Mignon with Veal Demi Glace, Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary Olive Oil, Glazed Seasonal Vegetables.
