Our restored barn provides thoughtfully designed spaces to host gatherings of all kinds, including weddings, family gatherings, memorial services, wellness retreats, corporate meetings, holiday parties, and art shows. Host your event in a peaceful, rural setting just minutes outside of Fitchburg.

The Loft is our largest space, located on the second level of our barn. The entire level has been updated and restored to host gatherings of all types. The space is equipped with audio-visual hookups and can be transformed into a formal or casual space depending on your needs.
The Library is a cozy, first floor gathering space with multiple work tables and a cozy seating area available for smaller meetings or social gatherings. The room also has electronic presenting capabilities through a movable smart TV.
Our large demonstration kitchen and dining area is the newest addition to our historic barn. With attached patio space, catering kitchen, and fireplace, this is the perfect location to host any gathering focused on food. The demonstration kitchen is a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, featuring an eight burner Wolf range, and expansive counterspace.
Our large outdoor patio has direct access from both the Nook and the Library and is perfect for hosting an outdoor event. Overlooking the beautiful farm, this north facing patio is equipped with wood-fire pizza oven.
To reserve a date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the projected total + a $1000 refundable damage deposit (for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday rental) is required with a signed rental contract.
A final guest count, guest list, and the remaining balance (75%) are due 14 days before the event.
Four Winds Farm does not provide any in-house catering or food service, but we welcome any licensed caterer, restaurant, staffing service or food truck to the property. We are happy to recommend some of our favorites.
We do not provide any furniture or linen rental for events. You must arrange all such services through third-party vendors. We are happy to recommend Vendors upon request. All Vendors must be licensed to transact business in the State of Wisconsin and possess third-party liability coverage.
Maximum guest capacity is 200.
Last call is at 10:30pm, all guests must be off the property by 11 p.m. on Fridays & Saturdays. All guests must be off the property by 10pm on Sundays. Clients and vendors must be off property by midnight on Fridays & Saturdays and by 11pm on Sundays.
On weekdays clients, vendors, and guests must be off property 1 hour after the end of the event.
There is a 4% credit card processing fee for payments with credit card.
Non-Profit Organizations with Proper 501 (c)(3) documentation receive a 10% discount from our rates.
If you must cancel or change your date, contact us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule your event based on availability.
Our pricing includes the following: exclusive access to the building, parking lot, and grounds; use of Loft, Library, Nook, and Patio (weather & season dependent) as well as prep kitchen for caterers; multiple restrooms on each level; 2 portable bars; use of basic AV equipment, 2 hours of scheduled set up/rehearsal time the day before the event, and 2 hours of scheduled post-event retrieval of items.
