We raise our sheep with care, passion, and respect, adhering to the Principles of Five Freedoms for Animal Welfare. We humanely harvest on the farm with a USDA-certified mobile facility to minimize stress and enhance the natural flavors of the meat.
We currently have two heritage breeds for sale. Cheviots, from England, are known for “well-filled, meaty chops and a broad loin of superior quality.“ Their meat is juicy and tender and a favorite of butchers, restaurateurs, and home cooks. Tunis, originally from Tunisia, are a fat-tailed breed that is one of the oldest breeds of livestock developed in America. They have an excellent meat to bone ratio and produce succulent, flavorful meat.
