“In the Kitchen” Series: Farm to Table with Sami Fgaier

Join Chef Sami Fgaier at Four Winds Farm as he creates a memorable learning & dining experience focusing on easy ways to bring the farm to table movement to your kitchen. A delicious night of food, facts, and fun.

The menu for this night includes:

• Farm Fresh Chicken with Herbs & Dijon

• Grilled Shrimp with Japanese Parsley & Lemon

• French Baguette & Butter with Basil, Pine nuts, & Parmesan

• Lyonnaise Salad with Curly Endive, Bacon, & Poached Egg

• Petite Filet Mignon with Veal Demi Glace, Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary Olive Oil, Glazed Seasonal Vegetables.

• Chocolate Ganache Tart

Still and sparkling water will be served.  Wine tasting pairings available.

*Fee: $150 (includes tax) + Eventbrite fees

*Due to high demand and limited capacity, refunds will only be issued on a case-by-case basis.

*This intimate experience is limited to 12 participants.
